Biography
In March 1927 he was appointed military commissar of the Northwestern military topographic department, and in May 1928 he was an assistant chief of this department for political affairs. In March 1932 he was appointed deputy chief of the political department of the 2nd Artillery Division . In May 1934, the military commissar of the 2nd separate artillery brigade. In February 1935, head of the political department of local warehouses and rifle forces of the Leningrad Military District . In August 1937 he was appointed military commissar of the 33rd Rifle Corps . From December 30, 1937 [2] to February 17, 1941 he was a member of the Military Council of the Siberian Military District. In addition, on June 26, 1938 he was elected as a Deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 1st convocation in the Altai Territory (C, p . 38) .
