Description

The houses of the II-29 series are significantly superior to panel analogues, in particular due to brick walls, the thickness of which reaches 51 cm, which in turn provides increased thermal insulation. Despite the cold winters, the houses of the II-29 series are always cozy and warm, and in the summer heat thick brickwork absorbs heat, providing a comfortable temperature for residents even without air conditioning. This is a definite plus and advantage of the houses of this series. Among the shortcomings are small areas of apartments, small kitchens, and the absence of a passenger-and-freight elevator. In 2017, major repairs were carried out in some of these houses.
