Story
Shortly before the main events, a portal opens right in the center of New York , as a result of which the city becomes a common space of worlds - human and some other world. To stop the further spread of another world, the strongest magicians of the Earth create a magic barrier around the city, isolating the territory of the former New York from the rest of the world, and turning it in this way into a bizarre "melting pot", where all kinds of monsters surging through coexist with the people who remain there, and the usual everyday life is riddled with all sorts of paranormalism, often of a catastrophic nature. Since then, this place is called Hellsalims-Lot ( ヘ ル サ レ ム ズ ・ ロ ッ ト Herusaremuzu Rotto ) (in Japanese, where there is no sound “l”, the first word in this name differs from Jerusalem in sound only by the added sound “x” at the very beginning words; the meaning of the name in this case differs diametrically - "Lot of Hell Salem"). The secret organization Libra, which unites people with superpowers, operates in Hellsalims-Lot, whose main task is to protect urban calm, as far as possible, in extraordinary cases, often fraught with apocalyptic developments. One day, by chance, an inconspicuous guy named Leonardo Watches gets into the organization, to the surprise of the Libra’s members who has “All-Seeing Eyes of God,” which gives his bearer various extremely powerful vision abilities. However, Leonardo is still very young and inexperienced, because he constantly gets into various troubles.
Character List
- Leonardo Watch ( Japanese レ オ ナ ル ド ・ ウ ォ ッ チ Reararudo Votti )
- Seiyu: Daisuke Sakaguchi
- The protagonist of the story. From the side an unremarkable and good-natured guy with a constant squint. But he possesses the so-called "eyes of God", which he received from the demon who abducted his own sister, Michelle. With the help of eyes, Leonardo is able to distinguish between the aura of people, see masked monsters and temporarily deprive opponents of coordination. However, in the battle Leonardo is weak, for which Zapp often scoffs at him.
- Klaus von Reinherz ( ク ク ウ ス ・ V ・ ラ イ ン ヘ ル ツ Kurausu von Reinherutz )
- Seiyu: Rikiya Koyama
- Leader of the Libra organization. He has a beast-like appearance and a protruding lower jaw and, despite this, behaves like a true gentleman, strives to behave with others (except Zapp and enemies) with restraint and polite. In battle, uses blood magic, from which he can create large and armored weapons. If the enemy is too strong, Klaus can seal him in a vessel, which gives Klaus a great advantage in battle.
- Zapp Renfro ( ザ ザ プ ・ レ ン フ ロ Zappu Renfuro )
- Seiyu: Kazuya Nakai
- Comic character. Member of the Libra organization and the most frequent partner of Leonardo. Taunts him, constantly humiliating him. Also, every time he meets Klaus, he tries to hit him, but he is hit by only one fist of Klaus. In addition, Cheyne is extremely rude to him, who can easily jump onto Zappa's head or stomach, often having good reason for it. Zapp himself calls Chain "a dog." In battle, Zapp uses blood magic, creating sharp swords and blades from it, and can also set fire to enemies.
- Chain Chainar ( Jap. ( ェ イ ン ・ 皇 Tein Sumarigi )
- Seiyu: Yu Kobayashi
- Member of Libra. A werewolf girl, although she does not show her wolf side in the process of history. He always wears a black suit and shows sadistic inclinations, especially to Zappa. Her ability is to influence time-space, thanks to which she can erase her presence in the recent past, in other words, to effectively get rid of the left evidence.
- Stephen Hey Starface ( Japanese ス テ ィ ー ブ ン ・ A ・ ス タ ー フ ェ イ ズ Essence: bun E: Suta: feyzu )

Aligula also fell in love with the Dog, and therefore decided to "cross" them, grinding Deldro's body into blood, and pouring it into the body of Dog. Since then, Dog and Deldro have been hiding in fear of falling into the clutches of Aligula. During the battle, Deldro can temporarily cover Dog’s body with large armor and give him enormous physical strength and endurance.
- Zed O'Brien ( ツ ェ ッ ド ・ オ ブ ラ イ エ ン Tzeddo Oburaian )
- Seiyu: Hikaru Midorikawa

It has similar abilities in battle as Zapp, forms a trident from blood.
- Gilbert Ef. Altstein ( ギ ル ベ ル ト ・ F ・ ア ル ト シ ュ タ イ ン Giruberuto Efu Arutosyutain )
- Seiyu: Banjo Ginga

He is also known as the "Lucky Abrams", because once upon a time vampires imposed the curse of bad luck on him, which however cannot kill Abrams because of his "luck." However, the curse acts on those close to Abrams, for this reason it is dangerous to be near him and because of this Abrams was expelled from the organization. However, Deldro, as a monster, had a terrible appearance, which greatly interfered with Aligula. She later fell in love with a handsome guy named Dog Hammer, but she, in her opinion, was not angry enough. Therefore, Aligula caught both and crossed against their will in one body. Deldro along with the Dog escaped from Aligula and since then she did not stop searching for them. In the end, in order to admonish Aligula, Dogu and Deldro had to attack her for self-defense.
