Biography
He graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy (1965). He worked as an accountant (1962-66); in the Ukrainian branch of the State All-Union Scientific Research Technological Institute for Repair and Maintenance of the Machine and Tractor Park (1970-79); from 1979 - at the Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Economics and Organization of Agriculture (currently the Institute of Agrarian Economics of the NAAS , Kiev): Since 1991 he headed a number of departments, in particular from 2001 - head. Department of financial and credit and tax policy, at the same time since 1992 - Deputy. research director; Since 1994 - Head Department of Finance and Credit, National Agrarian University ( Kiev ).
