PD-4 is one of a series of panel dwelling houses from isolated block sections. Years of construction from 1995 to the present. [1] Houses of this series in Moscow are no longer under construction, but continue to be actively built in the Moscow region. A distinctive feature is the balconies - in the form of trapezoids or irregular polygons.

Description
The PD-4 series has a modern layout of apartments with isolated rooms. External walls - three-layer hinged panels (concrete - insulation polystyrene - concrete) with a total thickness of 30 cm, which makes the house warm enough and is the main advantage of this series. The disadvantages are obvious - the high cost of producing panels, which leads to the high cost of the apartments themselves, as well as a limited number of layouts of typical apartments. In this series, there are built-in rooms for the concierge, and there is also the possibility of organizing parking in the basement.
