Company History
The company was established on November 17, 2011 and in March 2012 became the official resident of the Skolkovo Innovation Center [1] . The further period of the company's activity was associated with the development of the flagship software BoardMaps and the attraction of investment capital [2] . In May 2012, the first version of the BoardMaps program was released, after which in October the company opened its representative office in Hypercube, the first building of the Skolkovo Innograd . It was here that the bulk of the work to create BoardMaps was done. In March 2013, the company managed to sign an agreement with the first major investor, the Buran Venture Capital Private Equity Fund (BVC), in the amount of 40 million rubles. In November 2014, the Lanit Group of Companies and BVC invested more than 100 million rubles in the development of Dashboard Systems [3] [4] .
At the end of 2014 and the beginning of 2015, the developers of Dashboard Systems worked to strengthen the information security of the BoardMaps product: a certificate of compatibility was signed with the company Aladdin R. D. [5] and the corresponding licenses were issued by the FSB and FSTEC [6] .
In January 2015, Onlanta and Dashboard Systems signed an agreement according to which Onlanta received the right to commercialize BoardMaps software product based on the SaaS model from the OnCloud.ru cloud [7] [8] . In July 2015, a partnership agreement was signed with Softline on the supply, implementation and system support of BoardMaps [9] .
BoardMaps
BoardMaps is an IT product aimed at solving tasks related to the automation of the work of boards of directors, committees, boards and other collegial bodies of large and medium-sized enterprises, investment and venture funds, as well as government bodies. Today it is the only Russian software with similar functionality [10] .
Initially, the development of BoardMaps was carried out on the iOS platform, at the beginning of 2016 the program was also released on Android .
In 2016, BoardMaps received the [11] Red Dot Award [12] for communications design.
Logic of Work
Questions are added to the system with any data (materials, draft decisions, participants, speakers, context), after which the participants exchange draft decisions. Then the issues are put on the agenda of the planned meeting, for which a list of participants is approved, the time and place of its holding and other conditions are selected. It addresses issues on the agenda. Voting is carried out on draft decisions, according to the results of which decisions are approved, a protocol is automatically generated with a list of issues and decisions, and instructions are assigned to responsible persons.

The main customers of Dashboard Systems OJSC are MTS , Alfa-Bank , Moscow Credit Bank , Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending , TransContainer , Bank Vozrozhdenie , KazMunayGas , TransFin-M ”And a number of other companies [13] .
