Andrei Lvovich Urgant (sometimes referred to as Milinder ; born November 28, 1956 , Leningrad ) is a Soviet and Russian film and theater actor, TV presenter.

Biography

He was born on November 28, 1956 in Leningrad in a family of actors - Lev Maksovich Milinder (1930-2005) and Nina Nikolaevna Urgant (born 1929). Father of the TV presenter, actor Ivan Urgant . The publication MK in St. Petersburg in an article about the actor wrote about the Estonian origin of the surname Urgant [1] , the newspaper Argumenty i Fakty [2] published the same information.

In 1977 he graduated from the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography , course of R. S. Agamirzyan .

He played in the Leningrad Theater named after V.F. Komissarzhevskaya and in the theater. Lenin Komsomol (now the Baltic House Theater). Gained fame as an unsurpassed master of theatrical skits . The draws of Urgant and his colleague, Andrei Maksimkov, were very popular in the 1990s on television.

In 1993, the film “The Window to Paris” was released, a two-part feature film, a comedic phantasmagoria directed by Yuri Mamin.
