The original name is Matrosky Lane . It has been known since the 1830s . Given by Sailor's settlement, which passed through. Representatives of the disabled crew of sailors who carried the economic and guard service lived in the settlement. There were also three Sailors Streets - 1st (now 1st Krasnoflotskaya Street ), 2nd ( 2nd Krasnoflotskaya Street ) and 3rd ( Professor Molchanov Street ).
Around 1918, the lane was renamed Krasnoflotsky simultaneously with the renaming of all three Sailor's Streets to the 1-3rd Red Navy , because at the same time they introduced the rank of Red Navy instead of sailors.
In the 1960s, Krasnoflotsky Lane was extended from the current Professor Molchanov Street to Kolkhoznaya Street [1] (the current Border Fedorovskaya Road).
