Born May 19, 1970 in the village of Kara-Suu of the At-Bashinsky district of the Naryn region in a family of employees.
He graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University, Department of Economics in 1993.
Marital status: married, father of 5 children.
Labor activity
• 1993 - work of the joint Kazakh-German company AusBlat.
• 1994 led the construction of a vodka factory
• 1995 - Head of the Marketing and Sales Department of the Geom Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in Kazakhstan.
• 2001-2002 - headed the marketing and sales department of A-West (official distributor of Philip Morris).
• 2003-2005 - Head of the company for the sale of products of LLC Arvin.
