Nikolay Agdamelovich Katsiashvili ( Georgian ნიკოლოზ (კოლა) კაციაშვილი , 1877 [1] - 1919 [2] ) - a peasant, a Social Democrat, a deputy of the State Duma of the second convocation from the Tiflis province . Member of the Constituent Assembly of Georgia (1919-1921) .

Biography
Georgian by nationality. A peasant in the village of Kvemo-Gomi, Gori district, Tiflis province. He studied at the Georgian noble school for 2 years. He was engaged in agriculture, owned a plot of 5 acres. He earned 120 rubles a year.
Since 1899 - a member of the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party, since 1905 he joined the Mensheviks .
Member of the revolutionary events of 1905 in the Gori district.
In 1907, he was a delegate to the London Congress of the Social Democratic Party of Russia.
On February 6, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the second convocation from the general electors of the Tiflis Provincial Electoral Assembly. He joined the Social Democratic Faction. November 22 - December 1 was on trial in the special presence of the Senate in the process of the Social Democratic faction. Among 11 defendants he was acquitted “by the unprovenness of their guilt” [3] . Stay in prison undermined health. After his release from prison, he returned to his native village.
March 12, 1919 was elected a member of the Constituent Assembly of Georgia on the list of the Social Democratic Party of Georgia .
He died in 1919 [2] .
He was buried in a rural cemetery in Gomi .
