Story
The film begins with the innocent song "Mountain Town" performed by Stan (a parody of "Belle" from " Beauty and the Beast "). He calls friends - Kenny , Kyle and Cartman - into the movies for a movie by Canadian comedians Terrence and Phillip . At the same time , Kenny’s mother screams after her son that since he misses a trip to the church, after death he will have to answer Satan . Kyle's mom makes him take his younger brother, adopted Canadian Ike . Meanwhile, an important message is being broadcast on TV:
| Six weeks have passed since Saddam Hussein was torn to pieces by a pack of wild boars. The delivered world is still rejoicing! |
Friends go to the cinema, on the poster - the name of the film, "Flaming assholes." They don’t sell tickets to boys because the film received an “R” rating for swearing, and minors can watch it only in the presence of a guardian. Then the children pay a homeless person $ 10 to buy them tickets.
It turns out that the film consists of toilet humor and constant foul language. The song "Uncle" sounds ( Eng. Unclefucker ). Spectators, not wanting to endure a stream of selective curses, leave the cinema; only the main characters remain - they are delighted. By the end of the film, they master a lot of obscene language. Later, at the rink, they amaze other students with their new knowledge, so now everyone wants to see this film.
Wendy comes up to Stan, but, as usual, he vomits right at her. Wendy has a new acquaintance - Gregory, he has just transferred to school from Yardale (apparently a hint of Yale and Harvard ).
By the next day, all the city’s schoolchildren had already watched the film. Friends swear in front of the teacher, Mr. Harrison , and they are sent to a school psychologist, Mr. Mackey . He calls their parents, and Cartman says that the film "Flaming assholes" is to blame for their behavior.
In the school cafeteria, Stan asks the Chef , "How to make a woman love you more than anyone else." The boss says that you need to find the clitoris (Stan does not suspect what it is).
Meanwhile, “Flaming assholes” take first place in fees, and the single “Uncle” - first place in the charts . Parents are outraged, the main activist is Kyle's mother, Sheila Broflovsky . Children are sent to Mr. Mackey for re-education, he sings the song “It's Easy M'kay!” About how to easily do without swearing. After that, the children again go to watch the movie.
After watching Cartman argues with Kenny, is it possible to set fire to his intestinal gas, as Terrence did in the movie. Kenny tries, and he succeeds - his clothes are engulfed in flames. Kenny is taken to the hospital, but there doctors mistakenly transplant him baked potato instead of a heart, and he dies. Kenny's soul goes to hell with the song "Hell Isn't Good." Parents are very upset, as the children again watched the movie without permission. Sheila Broflovski organizes the movement "Mothers against Canada", the song " Blame Canada " ( Rus. Guilty Canada ) is heard. Sheila and her supporters take Terrence and Phillip under arrest. At the UN, Canadians are protesting, but they are only laughing at them because of their emphasis. For this, Canadians strike at the Baldwin brothers' mansion. President Clinton declares war on Canada and orders the execution of the "war criminals" Terrence and Phillip. Sheila Broflovsky, appointed Minister of Attack, overhears Cartman singing the song “ Kyle's Mom Is a Bitch ”; as a result, Eric is taken away to participate in research and implanted in his brain a special “P-chip” ( English V-Chip ), which beats him with electric current every time he tries to curse.
Meanwhile, in hell, Satan tortures Kenny with his new lover, Saddam Hussein . Learning that the war has begun, Satan talks about a prophecy by which he will be able to return to Earth as soon as the blood of "Canadians" is shed. Saddam says he wants to rule the world, and although Satan, on Kenny’s advice, wants to leave him, he lacks the spirit and they agree to rise to the surface together. (Satan sings the song “Up There,” a parody of the songs from the Disney animated films “The Little Mermaid ” and “The Hunchback of Notre Dame, ” Saddam sings the song “I Will Change ” ( Eng. I Can Change )).
Kyle, Stan and Cartman are wondering what their hero would do in their place - figure skater Brian Boytano ; the song “ What Would Brian Boitano Do? Friends decide to organize a resistance group, La Resistance. At the meeting, they can in no way interest other children, but then Gregory gets up and offers a bold plan to save Terrence and Phillip. He sings the song "La Resistance".
The plan is for friends to dig and free Terrence and Phillip during a show for American soldiers. They are helped by a child named Mole, who has experience in such operations. At the end of the show, the execution of Terrence and Phillip in electric chairs is planned, so there is not enough time. The show begins, Big El-Homosek sings the song “I'm Super” written by him. Cartman should turn off the electricity shortly before the execution, but Kenny's spirit appears in front of him and tries to warn him about the imminent coming of Satan and Saddam. Cartman runs away without turning off the power, and as a result of the Mole, guard dogs are discovered and gnawed to death. Stan and Kyle rush onto the stage to prevent the execution, but Kyle hesitates to protest his mother, and Sheila Broflovsky orders the execution to begin.
Suddenly, an attack by Canadian forces begins. Cartman wants to turn off the electric chairs, while he gets a discharge. The bloody massacre begins. Stan is thrown to the side with an explosion, and there is a huge clitoris that tells Stan that “heifers love confidence”.
Terrence and Phillip are trying to escape in the turmoil, but the military and Sheila Broflovsky catch up with them. The children of La Resistance, led by Kyle, convince the soldiers not to shoot, but Kyle's mother pulls out a pistol from the general and kills Terrence and Phillip. A hole opens in the earth, from which Satan and Saddam appear in the company of many evil spirits. Satan announces that there are two million years of darkness ahead. Saddam behaves like a leader, Satan is not able to object to him. Soldiers open fire on Saddam but cannot kill him, as the former Iraqi dictator is already dead.
Here, Cartman finds out that after a discharge from an electric chair, his P-chip can be used as a stun gun , and the stronger the curses, the stronger the discharges. With the help of a stream of selective abuse, he attacks Saddam (the most terrifying curse is “ Barbra Streisand ”). Saddam asks Satan for help ("You, you crazy, brainless bucket of descent, come on, save me!"), But he grabs him and throws him into the abyss of hell; Saddam falls on a sharp rock and remains hanging on it.
Satan thanks Kenny for moral support and offers to fulfill one of his wishes. Kenny asks for everything to return to its place, as if there was no war, despite the fact that he would then have to return to hell. Kenny takes off his hood and says to his friends, "Farewell, boys." The traces of destruction disappear, the soldiers come to life, and Wendy suddenly kisses Stan and says that she never liked Gregory. Everyone sings that everything ended well. Kenny is still going to heaven .
After all the credits, a small scene follows: Ike, locked in the attic until the end of the war and forgotten there, catches and eats the mouse.

[2] The name was changed to a more harmless, but ambiguous (the characteristics of "large, long and uncircumcised" hint at the penis ). The whole process of creating the film took about a year [3] .
Not a single scene was cut from the film [4] .
Soundtrack
Almost all the songs from the film (sometimes with minor changes) were released on the disc South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut. Original Soundtrack . " In addition to the songs themselves, alternative versions of songs were included on the disc, including “I Can Change” performed by the famous alternative group “ Violent Femmes ”.
The disc did not include 3 songs from the movie:

- "Hell Isn't Good." The song is played after the death of Kenny, when he goes to hell. James Hetfield , lead singer of thrash metal band Metallica, sings in the song, but the musical accompaniment belongs to the band Matt Stone and Trey Parker DVDA . Paramount Pictures stated that Trey Parker was singing in the song, but in March 2000, Hatfield on Metallica.com confirmed that he was singing in the song.
- "The Mole's Reprise." The song that Mole and Kyle Broflovsky sing during the death of Mole.
The song " Kyle's Mom's A Bitch " was first played in the episode of the first season of "South Park" " Mr. Hankey, the Christmas poop ", but in D minor.
