Biography

Graduated from Saratov University (1924). Since 1929, a senior researcher, head of the organizational and methodological department at the Central Institute of Tuberculosis . From 1951 to 1967 he worked as deputy director for scientific research at the Kiev Research Institute of Tuberculosis and Thoracic Surgery. F. Yanovsky, since 1968 - the head of the therapeutic clinic.
The author of more than 130 scientific papers. One of his monographs “Preventive vaccination against tuberculosis” (1946) was the first work in the USSR on immunizing the population against tuberculosis.
