Roshpan - an element of temporary support located outside the permanent lining, during the construction of mines , tunnels and undergrounds by mining - a cross-bar connecting adjacent frames, most often tubular of circular cross section (usually made of pipe scraps), at the ends with clamps or holes for screw fastenings. There are other forms; sometimes called a rasppan an ordinary transverse wooden spacer or even a board.
Roshpan serves as a spacer to give rigidity and stability to the structure. In world practice, they are also used in the construction of other underground structures: garages and parking lots, shelters, storages, etc. [1] .
