- In nature, the mineral ruthenarsenide — RuAs with an admixture of nickel is found [1] [2] .

Physical Properties
Ruthenium arsenide forms crystals of the orthorhombic system , space group P nma , cell parameters a = 0.570 nm , b = 0.325 nm , c = 0.627 nm , Z = 4 , the structure of manganese phosphide type MnP [3] .
At a temperature of 1.8 K, it passes into the superconducting state [4] .
