Biography
He studied at Kiev University (1918-1920). He graduated from the Kiev Institute of National Economy (1928). In 1928-1938 he taught political economics and industrial economics at the Kiev Polytechnic Institute . Since 1939 he worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR, in 1961-1963 the head Department of Labor Economics. In 1944-1952, head of the department of economics and industrial organization of the Kiev Financial and Economic Institute , at the same time in 1944-1947 - head of the department of economics of the Kiev Institute of Light Industry.
Led the Scientific Council on labor productivity under the State. to those of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR for the coordination of scientific research.
