Biography
In 1911 he graduated from the Physics and Mathematics, and in 1914 - the medical faculty of Imperial Kharkov University . During the First World War he was a military doctor. In 1918-1920 he worked as a doctor in Yekaterinoslav , where he was also the scientific secretary of the commission against typhus . Until 1922 - Head of the Laboratory of the Infectious Diseases Hospital Yekaterinoslav and at the same time Senior Assistant of the Infectious Diseases Clinic. He took part in the organization of the Kharkov Institute of Advanced Medical Studies , where until 1948 he headed the department of infectious diseases that he created. In 1932-1958 - Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Kharkov Medical Institute .
