It was established by the central council of Osoaviahim in 1929 to reward the parties to the conflict on the Sino-Eastern Railway .
The badge was awarded to distinguished soldiers of the Special Red Banner Far Eastern Army ( OKDVA ) and the Red Banner Border Guard of the OGPU of the Far Eastern Territory (KPODVK) in an armed conflict in the summer of 1929 on the CER .
Description
The badge was made of brass by stamping . A threaded pin and nut are provided for attaching to the clothing form .
