Zakharovsky village council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1919, he was part of the Perkhushkovsky volost of the Zvenigorod district of Moscow province .

In 1921, Sharapkovsky s / s was attached to Zakharovsky s / s, but already in 1922 it was allocated back. In 1923, Sharapkovsky s / s was again annexed to Zakharovsky.

In 1924, the Zakharovsky s / s was annexed to the Bolshevyazemsky s / s .

In 1926, Zakharovsky s / s was restored [1] .

In 1926, Zakharovsky s / s included 1 settlement - the village of Zakharovo [2] .

In 1929, the Zakharovsky village council became part of the Zvenigorod district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region. Moreover, Skokovsky and Suponevsky s / s were attached to it.

December 7, 1957 Zvenigorod district was abolished and Zakharovsky s / s was transferred to Kuntsevsky district .

On August 18, 1960, in connection with the abolition of the Kuntsevo district, the Zakharovsky s / s was transferred to the restored Zvenigorod district.

On February 1, 1963, the Zvenigorodsky district was abolished and the Zakharovsky s / s entered the Zvenigorodsky rural area . January 11, 1965 Zakharovsky s / s was transferred to the new Odintsovo district.

On June 23, 1988, in the Zakharovsky village, the village of Ramenskaya Gorka was abolished.

February 3, 1994 Zakharovsky s / s was transformed into the Zakharovsky rural district [3] .

During the 2004-2005 municipal reform, the Zakharovsky rural district ceased to exist as a municipal unit. Moreover, all its settlements were transferred to the rural settlement Zakharovskoye [4] .

November 29, 2006 Zakharovsky rural district is excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow region [5] .
