Born on August 31, 1936 in the city of Makeevka, Donetsk Region.

In 1961 she graduated from the Voronezh Medical Institute and was sent to work as a pediatrician at the Rakityansky Central District Hospital of the Belgorod Region, where she worked until retirement.

In addition to production, she was engaged in social activities - she was a delegate to the XXVI Congress of the CPSU and the XVI Congress of Trade Unions of the USSR; elected a deputy to the regional council of people's deputies. In 1988, she participated in the work of the 1st All-Russian Congress of Doctors, held in Moscow.

Since 1998, Liliya Ivanovna has been on deserved rest. Currently living in the village Rakitnoe. She has a son and daughter, four grandchildren and one granddaughter [1] , as well as a great-grandchild. [2]

Memory

  • The portrait of the Hero of Socialist Labor L. I. Dyachkova is placed on the stand of the Avenue of Labor Glory in the village of Rakitnoe [3] .

Awards

  • the Hammer and Sickle Medal of the Hero of Socialist Labor and the Order of Lenin for great achievements in the development of public health (Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of October 23, 1978)
  • two orders "Badge of Honor"
  • medals, including "For services to the land of Belgorod" ( 2004 , in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Belgorod region)
  • commemorative badge "60 years of the Belgorod region" [2] .
