History

According to 1966, the village of Kalganovka was part of the Estomian Village Council [2] .

According to 1973, the village of Kalganovka was part of and was the administrative center of the Kalganovsky village council [3] .

According to 1990, the village of Kalganovka was part of the Intergovernmental Village Council [4] .

In 1997, 204 people lived in the village of Kalganovka of the Intergovernmental Volost, in 2002 - 151 people (Russians - 83%) [5] [6] .

In 2007, 196 people lived in the village of Kalganovka Skreblovsky SP [7] .

Geography

The village is located in the southern part of the district on the old section of the P23 Pskov highway ( E 95 , St. Petersburg - the border with Belarus ), near the junction of the 41K-146 highway (Gorodok - Serebryansky ).

The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 10 km [7] . The distance to the district center is 9 km [3] .

The distance to the nearest railway station Luga I is 18 km [2] .

The village is located on the northeastern shore of Lake Rakovich .
