Biography
Son of Samuel Isaakovich Neporenta (1888–1973), grandson of the large Russian oilman Isaac Matveyevich Neporen (1859–1919), co-founder of the Motovilikha oil company in Baku , chairman of the ship repair plants [1] [2] .
After graduating from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute (1936), he worked at the State Optical Institute (GOI): researcher, head of the spectroscopic department, and chief researcher at the laboratory of picosecond spectroscopy.
Co-author of unique instruments, including stratified automatic spectrometers and laser spectroscopic complex "Pulse".
Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1947), professor.
Winner of the Lenin Prize (1980) and the gold medal. S.I. Vavilova of the USSR Academy of Sciences (1991).
