Tsagolov, Georgy Nikolaevich

In the 1980s, he published several books exposing US imperial militarism. A number of them were translated into foreign languages ​​and published abroad. In 1987 he was invited to Prague - he headed the peace department in the theoretical journal of the communist and workers parties " Problems of Peace and Socialism ".

Since the 1990s, he has been successfully and actively engaged in business. He founded the trade and logistics company "CIS", which employed several hundred employees, and which lasted about 20 years ^[2] . Active representative of the Moscow Ossetian community.

In the 2000s, he completely returned to science and journalism. Since 2007 - professor at the International University in Moscow ^[2] . He was a critic of the "unalloyed" unregulated market system of the economy; he advocates combining the mechanisms of a market and planned economy ^[3] . In scientific works and speeches of recent years, he advanced the concept of a new integral society , which, in his opinion, is replacing capitalism and socialism in their traditional sense ^[4] . He argued for the need to focus on the most successful countries of the West and East, which combine the most positive aspects of socialism and capitalism. Often published in theoretical and socio-political magazines, a member of the editorial board of several of which he was, the newspapers "Russian News", "Literary", "Slovo" and other publications. He spoke in the media, on radio and television on topical issues of the domestic and world economy, domestic and foreign policy of Russia. He was an honorary doctor of the Azerbaijan State Economic University , constantly makes reports in the Free Economic Society of Russia , of which he was a full member of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences , the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences , the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation and other representative forums in Russia and abroad.
