Biography

He was the head of the political department of the Naval School named after MV Frunze in 1937. ^[1] May 25, 1937 participated in a meeting of the Military Council at the People's Commissar of Defense of the USSR. ^[2] Then a member of the Pacific Fleet Military Council. In the summer of 1941, together with Rear Admiral F.I. Chelpanov, he received a reprimand following the results of the landing on the islands of Lunkulansaari and Mantsinsaari .
