It was formed in 1993 on the basis of the Chicago Convention ( Convention on International Civil Aviation ) and the regulation of the European Union - Regulation (European Union) on the investigation and prevention of accidents and incidents in civil aviation. AAIU Headquarters is located in Dublin in the Department Building. Previously located in the Transport House building. [one]
