Sorokinsky rural settlement is a municipality in the Sorokinsky district of the Tyumen region of the Russian Federation .

The administrative center is the village of Big Sorokino .

History

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Tyumen region dated November 5, 2004 No. 263 “On establishing the boundaries of municipalities of the Tyumen region and giving them the status of a municipal district, urban district and rural settlement” ^[3] .
