GBOU School No. 141 named after Hero of the Soviet Union Richard Sorge is a state budgetary educational institution in Moscow . Located in the Khoroshevsky district of the Northern administrative district .

Content

History

School number 141 was opened in February 1959 ^[1] . The five-story block school building was built according to the standard project of the Ministry of Justice (architects A. M. Stepanov and I. A. Chekalin) ^[2] . In 1967, the Richard Sorge Museum was opened at the school ^[3] . Since 1997, it is a school with an ethnocultural Russian component of education ^[1] . In 2008, the Richard Sorge Museum was reconstructed with the participation of the Council of Military Intelligence Veterans ^[4] . In 2013, as a result of the reorganization, school No. 141 was merged with education center No. 1865 (former school No. 721). On September 2, 2015, a monument to Richard Sorge was opened in the schoolyard ^[3] .
