Akira Kobayashi ( Jap. 小林 旭 ; born November 3, 1938 , Tokyo , Japan ) is a Japanese film actor and singer, one of several artists who formed the Mukokuseki Akusen subgenre ( Jap. 無国籍 ア ク シ ョ ン , during the Golden Age of the Japanese Nikkatsu studio, literally - unlimited / limitless action ) of the Yakuza Eyga genre.

Biography
Akira Kobayashi was born on November 3, 1938 in Tokyo. After receiving secondary education, he entered Meiji University , but did not finish his studies. After a competitive selection in the studio Nikkatsu (Nikkatsu) in 1956 he made his debut there as a film actor. He gained popularity after the release of the films “ Rusty Knife ” and “Zesshō” (both - 1958). Since the beginning of the 1960s, it has mainly performed the first roles.
In 1962, he married the popular singer Hibari Misora , but the marriage ended in divorce in just a couple of years.
