Biography
Iskhak Aitbaevich Pirmatov was born on November 16, 1973 in the city of Frunze , the Kyrgyz SSR .
Education
- In 2000 he graduated from the Law Faculty of Osh State University .
- In 2008 - Faculty of Management, Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economics . He speaks Kyrgyz , Russian .
Political career
After serving in the army, he began his career in the oil and gas sector as the head of the marketing and supply department of the largest oil and gas company, OJSC Kyrgyzneftegaz , which he later headed as chairman of the board.
In 2010, he began his political career, having been elected to the V convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh from the Republic Party . As a deputy, he introduced amendments to the draft law “On Subsoil” [11] , and proposed to conduct geological exploration of oil deposits in the Jalalabad and Osh regions . The initiator of the laws on energy independence of Kyrgyzstan in which he promoted the construction of a cascade of hydropower plants Kambarata-2 and Kambarata-1 .
The initiator of the Law on “Tax Payments”, obliging mining companies to pay 2 percent of the turnover to the local budget. [12]
Following the results of the 2015 parliamentary elections [13], Iskhak Pirmatov joined the 6th convocation of the Bir Bol party in the Jogorku Kenesh . [fourteen]
