Queen Mother Helen Put Great Efforts to Save Jews
The righteous of the peoples of the world in Romania are Romanians who saved Jews during the Holocaust , who were awarded the honorary title of “The Righteous of the Nations of the World ” by the Israeli Institute of Catastrophe and Heroism “ Yad Vashem ”.
As of January 1, 2016 such titles were awarded to 60 Romanians [1] .
