Geography

The village of Novaya Kupavna is located in the east of the Moscow Region, in the southwestern part of the Noginsk District, on the Gorkovskoye Highway M7 , about 17 km east of the Moscow Ring Road and 18 km west [8] from the center of Noginsk , on the right bank of the Shalovka River Klyazma Basin [9] .

6.5 km south of the village pass the Nosovikhinskoe highway and the tracks of the Gorky direction of the Moscow railway , 9 km north-west - Schelkovskoe highway A103 , 8 km north-east - Moninskoe highway P109 , 5.5 km north east - the path of the chord line Mytishchi - Fryazev Yaroslavl direction of the Moscow Railway .

The nearest populated areas are the village of Shchemilovo and the village of Zeleny , as well as the village of Shevelkino in the Schelkovo district .

The village has five streets - 34 km, Meadow, Autumn, Lilac and Solar; two neighborhoods; New Village and Moles Region [10] . It is connected by bus service to the cities of Likino-Dulyovo , Moscow, Noginsk and Old Kupavna [11] [12] [13] .

In 2016 built the LCD Harmony.

History

In the middle of the XIX century, it belonged to the 2nd camp of the Bogorodsky district of the Moscow province and belonged to different owners. In the village there was a cloth factory of merchants Babkin, 18 households, peasants 35 male souls and 33 female souls [2] .

In the "List of populated areas" of 1862 - the owner's village of the 2nd camp of the Bogorodsky district of the Moscow province on Vladimirsky highway (from Moscow, throughBogorodsk on Vladimir), 18 versts from the county town and 11 versts from the stanovoy apartment, at the river Kupavinka, with 24 yards and 139 inhabitants (70 men, 69 women). The population of the village were merchants, tradesmen, temporarily obliged and state peasants who settled on the landed estates [3] .

According to the data for 1869, the settlement of the Vasilyevsky volost of the 2nd camp of Bogorodsk district with 22 yards and 142 inhabitants (68 men, 74 women), of which 32 are literate; 1 stone and 22 wooden houses; there were 4 pubs, 2 shops and 2 taverns. The amount of land was 16 acres , there were 24 horses, 21 units of horned and 12 units of small livestock [4] .

According to the materials of the All-Union census of 1926 - the village of Mikhnevskiy village council of the Vasilyevsky volost of Bogorodsky district, 9 km from the Kupavna station of the Nizhny Novgorod railway, there were 58 inhabitants (22 men, 36 women), there were 11 peasant farms [5] .

Since 1929 - the settlement of the Moscow region as part of Bogorodsky (1929-1930) [14] and Noginsk districts (1930 - BC) [15] .

By the decision of the Moscow Regional Committee of August 8, 1959, No. 955, the village was transferred to administrative subordination to the workers' village of Kupavna, Noginsk District [16] .

In 2006, the village became part of the urban settlement of Staraya Kupavna of the Noginsk municipal district of the Moscow region [17] .
