Biography
Ruben Lisitsian was born in the family of the famous Soviet opera singer Pavel Lisitsian . 1953 - 1960 studied at the Moscow Central Music School in cello with Mstislav Rostropovich , from 1960 - at the Music School. M. Ippolitov-Ivanov (cello class by V. A. Berlinsky (until 1963 ), then moved to the vocal department (class D. I. Varshamov), which he graduated in 1965 .
Vocal education continued at the Moscow Music and Pedagogical Institute. Gnesinykh (1965–1969, the class of solo singing by D.I. Varshamov and the class of chamber singing by N. N. Delitsiyeva) and the Yerevan State Conservatory (1969–1970, the vocal department, the class of P.G. Lisitsian).
