After the murder of Hieronymus, Themist was involved by Adranodor , married to his wife’s aunt, in a plot whose purpose was to seize power in Syracuse. But Themist told everything to the actor Ariston, who enjoyed his confidence, and he informed the authorities. As a result, both Themist and Andranodor were killed when they entered the council building [1] .
