Biography
Born into a peasant family. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1952. In 1951 he graduated from the Kulyab Teachers Institute, in 1961 - the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan.
He began his career in 1945 as a teacher of the eight-year school named after Frunze of the Soviet district.
- 1951-1953 - Head of the Department of Public Education of the Executive Committee of the Soviet District Council of Workers' Deputies of the Tajik SSR,
- 1953-1954 - Head of the propaganda and agitation department of the Soviet District Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan,
- 1954-1957 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Soviet District Council of Workers' Deputies of the Tajik SSR,
- 1957-1961 - A student at the Higher School of Economics in Tashkent,
- 1961-1967 - Director of the sheep farm “Kangurt” of the Soviet district of the Tajik SSR,
- 1967-1970 - First Secretary of the Farkhor District Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan,
- 1970-1972 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Council of Workers' Deputies of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region of the Tajik SSR,
- 1972-1984 - Chairman of the National Control Committee of the Tajik SSR.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Tajik SSR, a member of the Central Committee and the Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan.
Awards and titles
He was awarded three orders of the Red Banner of Labor, the Order of the Badge of Honor, and three medals.
