Nairobi Treaty on the Protection of the Olympic Symbol

The Nairobi Treaty on the Protection of the Olympic Symbol provides for the obligation of all participating states to protect the Olympic emblem (five interlocking rings) from being used for commercial purposes without the permission of the International Olympic Committee .
