Anophthalmus

Anophthalmus (lat.) - a genus of beetles-ground beetles from the subfamily treina (Trechinae, tribe Trechini ). Endemic to Europe . They live in caves (representatives of the speleofauna ) [1] . Species Anophthalmus hitleri is the most famous representative of the genus, as it is named after Adolf Hitler [2] . The genus includes the following species [3] :
