The street was built in 2007 in connection with the development of the territory by residential buildings [1] . March 31, 2008 she was given the name Grenadier [2] . The name is given in memory of the fact that the Life Guard Grenadier Regiment lodged in this area [3] .
Despite the fact that officially Grenadierskaya street goes to Krasnoselsky highway, the site adjacent to the highway is closed by a fence [4] .
Until 2013, not a single house had an address on Grenadier Street. This was due to the fact that residential houses built along it were assigned addresses until March 2008 [5] . In 2013, newly-built houses were assigned two addresses on the Grenadier - 12, building 1, and 12, building 2 [6] .
