Medal “In memory of the Kuchuk-Kainardzhiysky world” - a medal of the Russian Empire , established by decree of Catherine II in 1774 to award the lower military ranks in the conclusion of the Kuchuk-Kainardzhsky peace treaty in the Russian-Turkish war . [1] The medal was diamond-shaped, made of silver. The coin depicts Catherine II. The medal was worn on the St. George ribbon .
