Suchitra

Suchitra was born in the city of Meiyladuterai of the Nagapattinam district of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu , in the family of J. Ramadurai and Padmaji ^[1] . She grew up in Kerala , where she graduated from school ^[2] . Already during her studies she won in several school singing competitions ^[3] . She a bachelor's degree from in Thiruvananthapuram ^[4] , and then returned to Tamil Nadu to receive a master's degree in business administration from the PSG Institute of Management Coimbatore ^[2] . Before becoming a radio DJ, she worked in advertising, and then in the IT industry ^[2] .

She led the morning show Hello Chennai on and became known as Rj Suchi ^[5] . Played herself in Tamil films Jay Jay (2003) and (2004). It was a leading broadcast of Koffee with Suchi (Tamil equivalent of " Coffee with Karan ") on the channel ^[4] . As a dubbing actress, she voiced the characters in Thiruttu Payale , Shriya Saran in Candace , in Gambling, and in Naan Sigappu Manithan ^[4] . Her vocals for the first time sounded from the screen in the movie "Crime Department" (2003), where she sang the song "Uyirin Uyire". Thrice nominated for a Filmfare Award for best female voiceover in a Tamil film for the songs “Oru Chinna Thamarai” from Vettaikaran ^[6] , “En Idhayam” from “Lion's Heart” ^[7] and “Ailasa Ailasa” from Vanakkam Chennai ^[8] and was awarded the Telugu Prize for best vocals for the song “Saar Osthara” from the movie ^[9] . For the same song, as well as for the "Diamond Girl" from "The Hypocrite ", was nominated for the ^{[10] [11] [12]} .

In 2009-2011 she led a column in The Hindu newspaper.

In November 2005, Suchitra married actor ^[13] .
