Biography
Born September 4, 1965 in the city of Pribebuy, Paraguay. He graduated from the Catholic University of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Asuncion and the Pontifical Gregorian University , where he received a doctorate in dogmatic theology. On September 19, 1991, he was ordained an ordained priest to serve in the diocese of Kaakupe . He was a vicar in the sanctuary "Dulce nombre de Jesús" (Sweet Name of Jesus) in Pribebu and in the parish of the village of Tobati. Since 2009, he was the rector of the seminary in Kaakup and taught at the Higher Theological Seminary in Asuncion.
On July 11, 2013, Pope Francis appointed Miguel Кабngel Cabello орд Almada as the ordinator of the diocese of Concepcion [1] . On September 15, 2013, the bishop was ordained by Bishop Kaakupe Catalino Claudio Jimenez Medina , accompanied by Bishop Emeritus Concepcion Sakarias Ortiz Rolon and Bishop Coronel-Oviedo Juan Bautista Gavilan Velazquez .
