Vladislav Aleksandrovich Rumyantsev (born June 10, 1943, Kazan) is a Russian scientist, specialist in the field of hydrology , limnology and geography. Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2011; Corresponding Member since 2000).

Biography
Born on June 10, 1943 in the city of Kazan.
In 1968 he graduated from the Hydrological Department of the Leningrad Hydrometeorological Institute . [one]
From 1988 [1] to 2015 [2] was the director of the Institute of Lake Science of the Russian Academy of Sciences .
