Reviews and reviews
Grigory Ostrovsky , Doctor of Arts, professor
| It is difficult to enter Margarita Levin’s creative world, but it’s even more difficult to free oneself from under his magical power, and this is not in the direct or metaphorical, but in the direct and exact sense of the concept. Her paintings are not illustrations for these or those mystical postulates, but paintings that have arisen in the process of a deeply emotional, artistic experience of being, and they can and should be judged by aesthetic criteria. The beauty and harmony of color, the integrity of compositions verified by logic and impeccable intuition, the confrontation and harmony of forms that at first glance are answered, but in fact are filled with great symbolic meaning, a breakthrough from "real" three-dimensionality into another dimension of the vast space of space - and all this is done on a high professional level [1] |
Mikhail Viktorovich Gorelik . art critic
| “In her paintings, the world is in a continuous process of creation, as if it had not lost the umbilical cord connecting it with the Almighty, did not lose its joyful novelty.“ And God saw that it was good. ”And that“ good ”shines in all her works.” [2] |
Ilya Abel. Literator
| The fantasies in her performance are romantic, and rationalism manifests itself, first of all, in a sense of proportion, when in the large size of fine compositions there is nothing superfluous, not just a brushstroke, brush touches ... It's not about copies and stylization, because Margarita Levin conveys the color their respect and the atmosphere of the works of classics of world painting ... Witty and slightly paradoxical in their looseness, works based on “Alice in Wonderland” arose spontaneously ... Margarit’s pictorial art is especially noticeable here s Levin - the approach to the prophecy is exactly enough to make it depicted and expressed by the colors and elements of the combination of strokes, the energy of all the vortices and pulsations that you see in her incredibly inspired works. Artist Creed
“The main thing in my work is to reveal the hidden in Creation, to manifest Light in this world, to give the viewer a sense of joy from the beauty and awareness of the World.
Here and now we are doing our unique work necessary to recreate a single picture of the World. ” [four]
