Not far from the waterfall is a park, and in 1833, the Keila-Joa manor , owned by Alexander von Benkendorf [2] and later known as Schloss Fall, was built according to the project of Andrey Ivanovich Shtakenshneider [2]. The road from the park to the waterfall runs along the riverbed rivers through two bridges.
Locals have a tradition to visit the waterfall on their wedding day, where they attach locks to the railing of the bridge with their names, after which the key to the castle is thrown into the waterfall.
