Milena Pergnerova ( czech. Milena Pergnerová ; July 29, 1975 , Prague ) - Czech rower-canoeist , played for the Czech team in the second half of the 1990s. Participant of the Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, bronze winner of the European Championship, winner of many regattas of national and international importance.

Biography
Milena Pergnerova was born on July 29, 1975 in Prague .
The first serious success at the adult international level was achieved in 1996, when she got into the main team of the Czech national team and, thanks to a series of successful performances, was granted the right to defend the honor of the country at the Atlanta Summer Olympics . In the standings of four-seater kayaks at a distance of 500 meters, she managed to reach the stage of the semi-finals, where she finished fifth.
After the Olympics, Pergnerova remained in the main team of the Czech Republic rowing team and continued to take part in major international regattas. So, in 1999, she visited the European Championships in Croatian Zagreb, from where she brought the bronze dignity award, won in the canoe-four program at a distance of 200 meters, along with such rowers as Katerina Glukhaya , Sarka Bokovtsova and Barbara Futerova - in the final round she was outdone crews from Russia and Hungary. Soon after the end of these competitions, she decided to end her career as a professional athlete, giving way to the young Czech rowers in the team.
