Biography
Born October 22, 1939 in the village of Fernando de la Mora, Paraguay. May 17, 1970 was ordained a priest .
On June 28, 1980, Pope John Paul II appointed Mario Melanio Medina Salinas as Bishop of Benjamin Aceval.
