History

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Tyumen region dated November 5, 2004 No. 263 “On establishing the boundaries of municipalities of the Tyumen region and giving them the status of a municipal district, urban district and rural settlement” [3] .

Law of the Tyumen region dated May 25, 2017 No. 24 [4] , on May 25, 2017, transformed, through their unification, the Kazan and Novoseleznevsky rural settlements into the Kazan rural settlement with an administrative center in the village of Kazan .
