The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Tyumen Region of November 5, 2004 No. 263 “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities of the Tyumen Region and Empowering them with the Status of a Municipal District, a City District and a Rural Settlement” [3] .
