Biography
Polish nobleman, Catholic. A graduate of the Warsaw Real School, after which he was admitted to the Novo-Alexandria Agricultural Institute . In 1883, he was expelled from the institute for "anti-government activities", exiled under police supervision at the Kzeshluv parent estate in the Petrokov province. Later restored to the institute, graduated in 1887. He settled on the estate Kzeshluv. An active participant in the social and economic life of the Petrokov province. 12 years was a commune authorized. For 10 years he was an adviser to the Zemsky Credit Society. He joined the Petrokov Agricultural Society, since 1902 has been a member of its management team. Member of the Polish National Democratic Party . Landowner.
April 20, 1906 was elected to the State Duma of the first convocation of the general composition of the electors of the Petrokovo provincial electoral assembly. It became part of the Polish Kolo . He signed the statement of 27 members of the State Duma of the Kingdom of Poland on its relationship with the Russian Empire under the previous legislation and the Basic Laws on April 23, 1906. He did not actively participate in the work of the Duma.
After the dissolution of the Duma he returned to his native estate. He joined the Central Agricultural Society, in 1917-1919 its chairman. Since 1917, he was a member of the Union of Landowners.
