Tobias Santelmann ( born Tobias Santelmann , born August 8, 1980 , Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a Norwegian actor of German descent. Best known for his roles in the films Kon-Tiki (2012) and Hercules (2014) [2] , as well as for the role of Ragnar in the television series Last Kingdom .
