Club career
Balbuena began his career in the club of the second division of Paraguay - Cerro Porteno (Presidente Franco) . In 2011, he helped the team enter the elite. On February 5, 2012, in a match against Sol de America , Fabian made his debut in Paraguayan Example [1] . On October 5, in a duel against Cerro Porteno , he scored his first goal in the top division. [2]
In 2013, Balbuena moved to Rubio New . On March 2, in a match against the capital's Olympia , he made his debut for a new club [3] . On March 31, Fabian scored his first goal against Rubio New in a duel against General Diaz [4] .
In the summer of that year, he moved to the metropolitan Nacional . On August 3, in a match against Sol de America, Balbuena made his debut for a new club [5] . On May 3, 2014, Fabian scored his first goal for Nacional in a duel against Sportivo Luqueno [6] . In the same year, he helped the club reach the final of the Libertadores Cup .
In the summer, Balbuena moved to Libertad . On August 24, in his match against his former club, Rubio New, he made his debut for a new club [7] . On October 26, Fabian scored his first goal for Libertad in a duel against Deportivo Capiata [8] . In the same year, he helped the team win the Paraguayan championship .
February 15, 2016 moved to the Brazilian Corinthians . He made his debut in the new team in the Paulista League match against Sao Bento on February 24th. The game ended with a score of 1: 1 [9] . On March 19, in a duel against Linense, Balbuena scored his first goal for the Corinthians [10] . On May 15, in a match against Gremio , he made his debut in the Brazilian Serie A [11] .
July 14, 2018 Balbuena became a player in the English “ West Ham United ” [12] . On August 12, in his match against Liverpool , he made his debut in the English Premier League. [13] On October 27, Fabian scored his first goal for West Ham United in a duel against Leicester City . [14]
