Elena V. Panova (born June 9, 1977 , Arkhangelsk , Arkhangelsk Region , RSFSR , USSR ) is a Russian theater and film actress . Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation in the field of literature and art of 2001 (2002) [2] .

Biography
Elena Panova was born on June 9, 1977 in the city of Arkhangelsk , in the family of Viktor Petrovich Panov (born May 6, 1939), a theater director , founder and artistic director of the Arkhangelsk Regional Youth Theater , and Zhanna Viktorovna Panova, a piano teacher.
In 1999, Elena graduated from the acting department of the Moscow Art Theater School (the head of the course is Oleg Efremov ) [3] and was accepted into the troupe of the Moscow Art Theater named after A.P. Chekhov where she worked until 2012.
She made her film debut in 1997 in the film " New Year's Story ", then played a major role in the Swiss film by Daniel Schmid " Berezina, or The Last Days of Switzerland " ( 1999 ).
The popularity of the actress was brought by the role of Galina Harness in the Alexander Mitta television series Border. Taiga novel ”(2000) and Vika Ermakova in the film“ Fight with the Shadow ”by Alexei Sidorov (2005).
